Five Bad Diets

Some diets can be risky. Therefore it is good to know the characteristics of each and do not get obsessed about your weight.
  1. Spartan diet - Max Planck. Principle: alter metabolism and lose weight through a diet rich in albumin and extremely low in carbohydrates. Food is divided into 2-3 meals per day. Warning! The program lacks fruits and vegetables, and cholesterol is too high. Weight loss is real, but the effect "yoyo" (return of pounds) is guaranteed.
  2. Low Fat diet. Principle: is based on foods with more than 30% fat. 70% of daily calories from carbohydrates produced and albumin - a combination recommended by most European experts. It's like vegetarians in particular. They eat muesli with fruit and skim milk, grilled fish, salads, rice, yogurt. Are prohibited cakes, breaded's, sauces, oil, cream and whipped cream. It is a promising method, provided they are accompanied by exercises.
  3. Grazing diet. Principle: it's recommended eating little and often, namely in the framework of 7 meals per day and consumption of 2-3 liters of water. Are allowed dairy, fruits, vegetables and grains is strictly forbidden and calorie products such as sugar, fat, salt, pasta, and alcohol. In addition, add an exercise program.
  4. Gesta diet. Principle: is based on foods rich in protein, calcium and vitamins. Detoxify the body through consumption of liquids (water, fruit juice, skim milk). Food is divided into three meals a day, without exceeding 500 g of food at a table. Drink fluids before lunch and never during meals.
  5. Dissociated diet. Principle: separation of food. Recommended combinations are: protein-sugars, proteins, starches, fats, sugars. Combinations of foods that are "dangerous" can eat them one at a time, provided that the distance between them to be necessary for digestion (proteins need 3-4 hours of digestion, and fruit 1-2 hours). Featured are vegetables (possibly along with protein or flour).
