Before presenting the list of the tips more or less effective, here are some things that need to be mindful of, no matter which you choose to lose weigh:
  • The three meals a day with a "snack" light between them (fruit or milk products)
  • Never get over breakfast
  • Menu varies and includes all food groups
  • Drink at least 1 liter of water per day
  • Not entirely give up the bread and opt for refined grain products
  • Do not eat fried foods, but rather cooked in steam or in aluminum foil;

  1. Atkins diet. Principle: the exclusion of carbohydrates, so that all foods containing carbohydrates (cereals, rice, fruit, sweet, dairy), except cheese. In exchange they eat meat, fish, eggs, animal fats and plant vegetables.
  2. Crono diet. Principle, provided that food should be consumed at the right time, this diet allows the consumption of any food, including sweets. In fact, it is a low-calorie diets, which proposes to organize food into four meals a day. Menus chosen should not exceed 1,400 calories per day in men and 1,000 women.
  3. Mayo diet. Principle: three meals a day consisting of foods rich in protein and vegetables. Sugary foods are excluded, starch, dairy and fat. Bread, cereals and fruits are limited. Featured are eggs, meat and fish. Warning! There is a risk of deficiencies of vitamins and calcium, so should be avoided by pregnant women.
  4. Montignac diet. Principle: it is a dissociated system, which is based on studies done on diabetes. Menu composition is thus imposed by the so-called "glycemic index" (GLYX). Carbohydrates are divided into "good" (products, legumes) and "bad" (sugar, white bread, alcohol, potato). Calories from fat reduced products automatically. Acceptable daily calories are 1400.
